A visit to Tężnia is a great and very pleasant way for healthy walks, because the natural salt spray created in graduation towers resembles the one from the coast and thanks to its health properties it supports the treatment of respiratory diseases and also increases the body’s resistance. Inhalations allow to clear the airways, so it is worth going to Tężnia and not only to visit it, but to sit for a long while on the benches in the courtyard.
